The word yoga means ‘unity’ or ‘oneness’ and it is derived from the Sanskrit word yuj which means to join. It is the joining of body-mind-soul to bring the balance & harmony in life. This can be achieved by the practice of asnas (physical exercises), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. The aim of yoga is to bring the different functions of the body in perfect coordination to achieve perfect mental & physical health. Yoga gives you the tools to happiness and bliss, based on Yoga & Vedanta philosophy.
